Liz's career combines:

• 12 years' Performance Coaching and Career Counselling
• 15 years' commercial experience
• qualifications in psychology and counselling

In 1993 she set up a consultancy practice providing performance coaching, training and career counselling to directors, managers and professionals in both private and public sector organisations.

The foundation for this was working for Blue-Chip organisations including:

• IBM
• Hitachi
• The Rank Organisation
• Courtaulds

And gained experience in:

• Marketing
• Sales
• Internal communications
• Manufacturing

Liz's qualifications include:

• Diploma in Psychology form Birkbeck College
• Certificate in Counselling from Regent's College
• 1 year course in Group Dynamics at the Institute of Group Analysis
• Level B certification in Psychometric testing

Liz uses professional supervision to ensure the professionalism of her own work with individual clients and her own personal development.
